After 12 years, this could be the last line of commercial code I write. A little PHP I pair programmed with John.

I hope not; we’ve enough Agile coaches whose knowledge of what their people must do to deliver value is outdated or never existed.

REMF’s are no good to value-stream or beast. Find a way, any way, to spend time on the line next to those you serve.

Fair enough. I have no idea what my next job will entail, but I’ve been told to be prepared not to spend much time on the line. I’ll definitely keep this in mind as I want to help, not hinder.
